The personal data collected in your application may be used by us to assess your suitability for the position for which you have applied.

1. Registration with Aart Recruiters is necessary for all the candidates before any consideration.
2. Calling or Initial Screening of the candidate profile as per job applied by candidate or Shortlisting of a candidate for interview is solely to the discretion of Aart Recruiters with no specific time period.
3. If the candidate does not attend the interviews, arranged by Aart Recruiters then we are not responsible for that Job.
4. We worked on interview-based Selection or placements only. We do not interfere in any selection process as this is strictly between Employer & Candidate.
5. First Preference to be given to their locations but Candidate must be flexible for Job within their State also.
6. If candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he/she has to inform us and endorse a copy of the appointment letter/Offer Letter immediately to us for our records.
7. Candidate are requested not to breach integrity. It is advisable to provide. all the documents & details submitted or provided by you are must be, correct & genuine and you will produce all original documents & details for verification as per demand by the Employer.
8. The employer will be requested to terminate the employee ASAP and we would be sending a replacement of him/her In any case is service charges are not paid on time.
9. Aart Recruiters is free to pursue legal court proceeding against the candidate for breach of contract.
10. Aart Recruiters will take action in accordance with the laws of India as applicable. And Candidate will not be considered for any vacancy in futur e.
11. If a candidate is recruited for a job through Aart Recruiters, he/she will be solely the employee of the concerning organization.


Service or Placement Charges Policy: -

Case I – No Cost registration,
AART RECRUITERS will not responsible for any payment given to anyone by cash or online other than our company current account mentioned below or in Portal. Case I I -

1.We Don’t Charge Full OR Half Salary of Monthly CTC as Placement Fees, If services charges is paid by our clients
2. 50% of Monthly Salary CTC as one-time service charges only post receiving Offer Letter from Employer or from first month salary to be paid, which is to be through online mode to us i.e AART RECRUITERS ONLINE PAYMENT MODE COMPANY CURRENT ACCOUNT HDFC BANK – UPI ID is ajay.prasad78141- 2@okhdfcbank If you are successful in your application, the personal data in your application will be maintained and used for purposes of administering and managing the employment relationship between you and Aart Recruiters.

Further you authorize us and/or our associates to verify any information or otherwise at your office/residence and /or contact you and/or your family member and/or your Employer and or any third party as they deem necessary. This consent will override any registration for DNC/NDNC.

You shall notify immediately to Aart Recruiters in the event of any change for the same at: info@aartrecruiters.in and on Aart Recruiters Job Portal.

You further undertake, declare & confirm that all the documents & details provided & uploaded by you are true, correct & genuine and you will produce all original documents & details for verification as per demand by the company.
